Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality nursing care for residents

• Supervise and educate staff on care standards

• Perform assessments of residents transitioning into the community

• Ensure compliance with service plans and safe practices

• Administer medications accurately, knowledge of PCC beneficial

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in compliance with CLPNA

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in long-term care settings preferred

• Ability to respond swiftly to emergencies
