Age Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver goal-directed nursing care in a resident-centered environment. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team ensuring high-quality, compassionate care that respects residents’ dignity and well-being.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, coordinate with physicians and staff, and support transitions, with a relocation bonus up to $10,000 for eligible relocations to BC
