Age Care Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our South Terrace location in Edmonton. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver goal-directed, patient-focused nursing care in line with provincial standards and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
The role involves assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supporting residents’ transitions. A current LPN registration in Alberta, CPR/First Aid, and experience in long-term care are preferred.
