Covenant Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their surgical team at Grey Nuns Community Hospital. This role involves participating actively in patient assessments, treatment preparations, and the education of both patients and families. A commitment to collaboration and multidisciplinary approach will enhance patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care interventions

• Work alongside the healthcare team to establish priorities

• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes

• Manage patient education and discharge processes efficiently

• Perform charge nurse responsibilities effectively as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Registered Nurse program

• Active registration with the CRNA is essential

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required

• Experience in acute or surgical nursing within the last year

Preferred experience:

inpatient surgical nursing within the last 2 years
