We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance our geriatric care team. Applicants should hold a current RN license with CARNA, showcasing skills in organization, leadership, and geriatric nursing.

Your role involves planning resident care, monitoring health status, and ensuring proper documentation, all while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assist with resident care activities

• Direct and supervise LPNs and Health Care Aides

• Transcribe and implement physician orders

• Administer medications according to policy

• Maintain accurate medical records for residents

Requirements:

• RN degree or diploma from accredited nursing school

• Current CARNA RN license

• Geriatric nursing experience preferred

• Strong observation and documentation skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
