In your position as an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care in alignment with provincial standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate resident assessments and documentation
• Implement and evaluate individual care plans
• Assist with resident transitions and care conferences
• Directly manage medication and treatments based on policies
• Address and respond to emergency situations effectively
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration within Alberta
• Preferred experience in senior or long-term care
• Strong nursing and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Willingness to conduct a Vulnerable Sector Check
