In this rewarding position, your role as a Registered Nurse includes collaborating with the Director of Care to ensure high standards of nursing care for residents. You will be actively involved in coordinating resident services, facilitating communication among healthcare team members, and ensuring all documentation is maintained per Age Care’s guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services within the residence
• Lead shift reports for effective communication
• Record and document residents’ condition changes
• Process and implement physician orders diligently
• Report difficulties in medical orders to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Solid background in long-term or rehabilitation care
• In good standing with the provincial nursing registry
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Commitment to resident safety and ethical practice
