This Transitional Graduate Nurse role is ideal for recent nursing graduates eager to develop their skills in emergency care. You will work alongside a Clinical Guide as you provide holistic assessments and implement care plans. Focused on meeting the diverse needs of patients, you will thrive in a fast-paced setting while contributing to interdisciplinary care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Engage in health system improvement initiatives
• Maintain ethical nursing practices as per regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent experience in Emergency or Intensive Care
• Strong assessment and communication skills
