As a member of the Labour & Delivery unit, you will employ your clinical knowledge and skills to support patients with both normal and complex pregnancies. Collaborating with medical teams, you will manage obstetrical emergencies and provide ongoing support for mothers and their newborns. Your experience in this specialized field is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic, patient-focused care throughout the obstetrical journey
• Collaborate efficiently with healthcare professionals
• Conduct timely assessments for both mothers and newborns
• Manage emergencies in labor and delivery
• Maintain compliance with nursing policies and practices
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Eligible for CRNA registration
• Six months of obstetrical nursing experience required
• Current certifications in BCLS-HCP and neonatal care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
