Enhance resident care as a Temporary Part-Time LPN at Covenant Care in Edmonton. This evening role focuses on individualized care and teamwork from late summer to winter.

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join Covenant Care's team. You will manage the comprehensive care of residents, fostering a collaborative environment that adheres to our mission and values. By effectively communicating and assessing patient needs, you will contribute significantly to their well-being, including end-of-life support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized daily care based on resident needs

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care

• Implement quality service in line with Covenant Care standards

• Facilitate choices for families at end-of-life stages

• Maintain a respectful, compassionate approach at all times

Requirements:

• Approved Practical Nurse Program graduate

• Current CLPNA registration

• CPR / First Aid Certification required

• Ability to handle difficult behaviors

• Familiarity with dementia care is an asset
