Cogir Senior Living, with over 25 years in the industry, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide vital patient-oriented care according to provincial standards. Your work will foster trusted relationships, advocating for resident needs and collaborating with families to enhance their care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned, patient-oriented nursing care
• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain documentation
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
• Ensure effective communication with residents and families
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
