Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nursing coordination with health services

• Facilitate team communication through shift reports

• Record and document resident condition changes

• Execute physician orders as per protocol

• Address order processing challenges swiftly

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license and registration

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term nursing

• Knowledge of relevant healthcare acts and standards
