As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and work alongside an interdisciplinary team. Your goal will be to provide high-quality nursing care that meets provincial standards. Key responsibilities include conducting resident assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications while ensuring compassion and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the care team on personalized care plans
• Conduct and maintain accurate assessments and documentation
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans for residents
• Assist with transitions involving move-ins and discharges
• Respond to significant changes in residents' health conditions
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in applicable province/state
• Experience in senior or long-term care settings
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
