As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and work alongside an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include conducting resident assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications while ensuring compassion and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the care team on personalized care plans

• Conduct and maintain accurate assessments and documentation

• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans for residents

• Assist with transitions involving move-ins and discharges

• Respond to significant changes in residents' health conditions

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in applicable province/state

• Experience in senior or long-term care settings

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
