As a Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver goal-directed, compassionate care aligned with provincial standards. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure the dignity and well-being of residents. Your work will include patient assessments, care plan implementation, and providing direct nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate within a person-centered care team
• Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care plans
• Implement and evaluate care plans, adjusting as necessary
• Respond to medical emergencies and significant health changes
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Proficiency with electronic documentation
• Strong clinical and communication skills
