Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services and collaborate with other care providers
• Lead shift reports, updating the healthcare team on resident status
• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions accurately
• Process and communicate physician orders effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Good standing registration with provincial nursing registry
• Knowledge of relevant health acts and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
