Join our team as a Registered Nurse, focusing on elderly care in Edmonton, Alberta. Lead a dedicated group of LPNs and Health Care Aides while delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to support our geriatric care team. You should have a valid RN license and experience in geriatric nursing. Key responsibilities include directing care activities, ensuring compliance with nursing standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff for optimal resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident care plans and activities
• Manage LPNs and Health Care Aides effectively
• Maintain open communication across departments
• Document changes in residents’ conditions
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the unit
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse degree or diploma required
• Valid RN license with CARNA
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
