In this pivotal role, you will work under the Director of Care, delivering high-quality nursing through assessments, care plans, and direct support to residents. Your clinical expertise, communication abilities, and strong coordination skills will ensure residents receive the best possible care in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough resident assessments and care documentation
• Adjust care plans implementing patient feedback
• Provide direct nursing services and medication administration
• Support resident transitions and family education
• Address any emergency medical situations appropriately
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in BC
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and care coordination skills
• Must have valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Proficiency in electronic and Microsoft documentation
