This part-time position in Unit 5F4 offers comprehensive training in advanced nursing practices, integrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for patient advocacy. Ideal candidates will be adaptable and bring a proactive mindset to navigate the unit’s dynamic workload while providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer advanced chemotherapy via OPREP and Beacon
• Provide safe, quality patient and family-centered care
• Collaborate with healthcare team for effective patient support
• Advocate for patients and families through education
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in fast-paced settings
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Active CRNA registration or eligibility
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Adaptability in dynamic clinical conditions
• Physical capability to lift and transport patients
