Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize MDS-RAI for accurate resident assessments

• Administer prescribed medications following provincial standards

• Maintain ongoing documentation in electronic health systems

• Establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with residents

• Engage in resident safety initiatives and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized LPN/RPN college program

• Minimum one year of related nursing experience

• Active membership in a provincial nursing association

• Certification in First Aid required

• Strong English communication skills
