This float position involves providing nursing support to a diverse client base in their homes. You will be engaged in assessments, therapeutic services, and case management, working closely with a team of health care professionals. Your insight and clinical expertise will guide care planning and implementation to meet the unique needs of each client, while fostering an environment of safety and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and care plans
• Provide therapeutic nursing services per professional standards
• Coordinate client resources and establish care plans
• Engage effectively with clients and families
• Share knowledge by mentoring student nurses
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education
• Eligible for registration with CRNA
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience required
• Strong communication and assessment skills
