Health Link Teletriage Nurse Position

As a Registered Nurse in this contact center role, you will utilize robust nursing knowledge and excellent communication skills to assist Alberta residents with their health inquiries. You will engage in comprehensive triaging, ensuring that every caller receives the appropriate care advice while assessing their unique health situations. Your ability to perform under pressure and solve problems critically will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer healthcare advice and triage via phone

• Use clinical protocols for patient assessment

• Deliver accurate insights based on patient interactions

• Counsel patients through health inquiries and concerns

• Ensure quality care within teletriage processes

Requirements:

• Active or eligible for the practice permit with CRNA

• 3-5 years of nursing experience in clinical settings

• Demonstrated critical thinking and assessment skills

• Familiarity with diverse clinical populations preferred

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required
