Support neurology patients as a Nurse Field Case Manager with assessment, education, reimbursement coordination, and frequent travel across Calgary’s territory.
Shoppers Drug Mart seeks a Registered Nurse to manage patient and physician caseloads through therapy. You will coordinate services, monitor adherence, manage side effects, and support treatment outcomes. The position requires collaboration with reimbursement teams, healthcare professionals, vendors, and pharmaceutical representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate client progress from enrollment throughout therapy
- Provide patient, caregiver, and healthcare team education
- Document care changes and maintain continuity
- Coordinate reimbursement, dispensing, delivery, and refill updates
- Report adverse events and product complaints promptly
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of direct clinical experience
- Recent Patient Support Programs experience
- Neurology or Parkinson’s disease experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
