• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
• Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients
• Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
• Educate clients on veterinary services and care

• At least one year of veterinary reception experience
• Full-time and weekend availability is a must
• Ability to manage high-volume calls, maintain professionalism in stressful situations, and open to receiving constructive feedback
• Works effectively, independently or on a team, with compassion and empathy for pets and their owners
• Great communication, time management, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Competitive Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
