Labourer - Landscaping

park paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in edmonton. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a landscaping labourer.

this position will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces.

this is a full-time seasonal position with competitive wages.

the primary duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• assisting with the installation of landscaping materials, such as sod, trees, and shrubs
• performing regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing, watering, and weeding
• pruning and trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their appearance and health
• operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools
• ensuring that outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained

requirements

• prior experience in landscaping or related field
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• knowledge of common landscaping techniques and practices
• valid driver's license and clean driving record
• experience operating landscaping equipment is preferred, but not required
