ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Lot/Yard Attendant at our Calmont Equipment at Bobcat of Edmonton, AB.

As a Lot/Yard Attendant, your primary responsibility is to keep all units clean and ready for delivery, or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect equipment for noticeable defects and damages.
• Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Park new equipment in assigned areas.
• Keep equipment lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Pick up equipment from and deliver equipment to storage or customers.
• Check all equipment to make sure they are working properly and advise Manager of any problems.
• Keep unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
• Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
• Clean equipment interior. Wash and polish equipment exterior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License is a must
• Equipment experience would be an asset
• Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable moving equipment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Customer service skills would be an asset.
• Must be able to pull trailers.
