As a Safety Advisor, you will collaborate with leadership and field teams to enhance health, safety, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, facilitating training, and investigating incidents. An understanding of WCB administration and return-to-work programs is vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits and safety inspections
• Facilitate training and toolbox talks
• Investigate and plan corrective actions for incidents
• Maintain health and safety policies and programs
• Monitor safety performance and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in an industrial safety role
• Active pursuit of NCSO designation
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
