As the HSE Lead, you will play a key role in fostering aculture of safety and operational excellence across the organization. You will ensure RJ Mac Lean remains compliant with all applicable occupational health andsafety regulations and legislative requirements while meeting and exceeding client expectations. This position is responsible for developing, implementing,and maintaining a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System that protects employees, subcontractors, the public, the environment, and company assets.

The successful candidate will lead risk management initiatives, including hazard assessments, audits, inspections, and the implementation of effective controls to prevent incidents and support continuous improvement in workplace safety performance

• Lead and maintain compliance with applicable OHS regulation sand industry standards.
• Act as the primary contact for compliance platforms such asISN, Avetta, and Comply Works.
• Serve as the company's primary COR Auditor and lead annualCOR audit activities.
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, emergency response plans, and safety documentation.

• Provide HSE leadership on projects through inspections,toolbox talks, safety meetings, and client audits.
• Develop site-specific safety plans, Job Hazard Assessments(JHAs), and safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure company-wide training requirements are communicated,tracked, and maintained.

• Act as a trusted resource for managers, supervisors, and employees on HSE matters.
• Lead weekly HSE team meetings and coordinate quarterly
  
  Health and Safety Committee meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and safety excellence.

• Represent RJ Mac Lean professionally with clients,regulators, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Support client-specific HSE requirements and participate inclient meetings and audits.

• 10+ yearsof health and safety experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
