In this influential role, you will actively contribute to the Canadian Critical Drug Initiative’s success by implementing rigorous validation protocols and supporting critical manufacturing projects in the Edmonton Research Park. Your expertise in GMP regulations and sterile manufacturing will drive compliance and operational efficiency. Strong project management skills are essential for navigating complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage validation and compliance procedures
• Support regulatory inspections and documentation efforts
• Facilitate commercial product implementations and scale-up activities
• Collaborate with technical divisions on process optimization
• Conduct FMEA risk assessments and gap analyses
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
• Over 10 years of industry experience in validation
• Thorough knowledge of health authority regulations
• Expertise in sterile manufacturing operations
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Steer validation processes and propel pharmaceutical innovation at API.
