Field & Office HSE Safety Supervisor

Location: City of Leduc

Oversee safety protocols at B&R Eckel's as an HSE Safety Supervisor in Nisku, AB. This role combines field engagement and office duties to strengthen the safety culture in logistics.

B&R Eckel's is seeking an HSE Safety Supervisor to manage safety measures for heavy haul and rig moving operations. Your expertise will guide compliance efforts, risk reduction strategies, and effective safety culture integration across teams. This role requires balancing field interactions with critical office documentation and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the HSE Management System

• Advocate safety-first practices and conduct training

• Maintain adherence to workplace safety legislation

• Organize and perform job-site audits and inspections

• Lead the investigation of workplace incidents

Requirements:

• Occupational Health & Safety diploma preferred

• Minimum 5 years HSE experience in oilfield logistics

• Strong grasp of safety standards and incident investigation

• Class 5 driver’s license required;
Class 1 preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
