Elevate safety standards as a Transportation Safety Compliance Expert with Ledcor in Edmonton or Calgary. This role focuses on regulatory compliance and risk management in transportation.
Your responsibilities include guiding operating groups on compliance with transportation regulations through audits and training. You'll play a crucial role in the development of Ledcor's compliance programs while advocating for safety improvements based on thorough inspections and audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance NSC and DOT Compliance Programs continuously
• Conduct compliance audits and site inspections
• Collaborate with teams to mitigate risks
• Present findings in Audit Review meetings
• Develop in-class training materials for staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of related compliance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
• Strong communication skills for large group interactions
• Capable of managing various priorities simultaneously
• Adaptable to the evolving needs of the organization
