Enhance testing efficiency as a Test Lead Quality Engineer at TD in Toronto. Manage end-to-end test strategies and automation processes within a leading financial institution.
In this pivotal role, you will lead small complexity initiatives, ensuring effective testing strategies and automation implementations. Collaborating closely with development and testing teams, you will focus on building usable test cases leveraging BDD/TDD principles. You'll be integral in enhancing the quality engineering approach and ensuring that projects meet rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and implement test automation for product initiatives
• Execute test plans and document outcomes for quality assurance
• Optimize test data management and reuse capabilities
• Manage relationships with teams to align testing efforts
• Analyze and report on testing performance metrics
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering
• Proficient with tools like REST Assured or Cypress
• Experience with CI/CD practices, e.g., Git Hub CI
• Excellent collaborative and leadership skills
