Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA functions and quality engineering teams

• Develop standard operating procedures for operations

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles

• Mentor internal Lean practitioners across the organization

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• P. Eng or P.L. Eng with APEGA eligibility

• 15+ years in QA/QC with 10+ in leadership

• Training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes

• ISO Auditor certification is an asset
