Quality Manager in Precision Manufacturing

Position: Quality Manager in Precision Manufacturing )
Drive quality excellence as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager in precision manufacturing. Lead QA/QC operations and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance performance. This key leadership position reports to the Vice President of Innovation & Technology.
You will oversee the Quality department, establish strategic objectives, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves collaboration with plant leadership to ensure alignment in process changes and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities   Lead Quality function and quality engineering teams
Develop standard operating procedures across operations
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Mentor internal Lean practitioners and facilitate training programs
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Requirements   P. Eng or P.L. Eng with APEGA eligibility
15+ years in QA/QC, 10+ years in leadership
Training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
ISO Auditor certification is an asset
Contribute to operational excellence and lead a high-performing Quality team in a growth-focused environment.
