QC​/QA Inspector

Position: QC/QA Inspector Role
Make a difference in quality control at Plainsman Mfg. Inc. as a QC Inspector in Edmonton, Alberta. Opportunities available for both day and night shifts tailored to your availability.

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with the established quality standards by conducting thorough inspections. Candidates should possess QC training or relevant manufacturing experience, ideally within Oil & Gas tools.

Your role will involve documentation management and applying lean principles to drive quality improvements while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance through quality inspections

• Handle NCR and CAPA documentation effectively

• Verify material traceability through MTR scanning

• Control calibration for measurement instruments

• Promote a culture of quality and safety

Requirements:

• QC training or similar manufacturing experience

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Proficient in documentation management

• Experience applying corrective action methodologies

• Intermediate ERP function knowledge
