Drive quality assurance as a Customer & Supplier Quality Engineer in the plastic moulding sector. Ensure effective QA documentation and vendor quality monitoring while working from Monday to Friday.
This role requires an experienced qualified with 3-5 years in relevant industry. You will oversee quality performance analysis, implement corrective actions, and train QA inspectors. Liaising with various departments, you will identify non-conformity and improve processes to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain QA documentation and data control
- Analyze internal/external quality performance metrics
- Investigate customer complaints for resolutions
- Monitor vendor quality and verify corrective actions
- Supervise the generation of QA Work Instructions
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in plastic moulding
- Diploma or ITE level education
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills for quality performance
- Capable of handling supplier quality analysis
