Position: Manufacturing Quality Engineer Role
Location: Leduc

Contribute to quality assurance in the manufacturing sector as a Quality Engineer with Tempserv in Woodlands. Work with diverse teams to ensure compliance and enhance customer satisfaction.

In this important Quality Engineer position, you'll be responsible for overseeing complaints and implementing corrective actions across product lines. You will develop Quality Assurance Plans and collaborate with customers and vendors to address quality issues effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving ISO certifications and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional teams for quality compliance

• Lead investigations on high failure-rate customer issues

• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement

• Prepare monthly QA metrics for management review

• Facilitate training sessions on quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Proficiency in ISO 9000 series and quality systems

• Strong skills in mechanical drawing interpretation and CMM use

• Knowledge of international quality assurance standards
