Colas is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator who has at least five years of related experience in major LRT projects. You will ensure adherence to the Quality Manual, guide the Quality Inspectors, and perform essential audits to maintain high-quality standards. Your detailed approach will be key in managing non-conformance reports and integrating corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify variances through construction performance reviews

• Perform and document routine quality audits

• Review Inspection and Testing Plans and checklists

• Guide Quality Inspectors and Field Technicians

• Ensure compliance of materials received with approved submittals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction inspection experience

• Certification as Professional Engineer or Engineering Technologist

• Knowledge in applying problem-solving methodologies

• Familiarity with Canadian Building Codes

• Ability to navigate varied construction site environments
