Quality Control Manager Position at Musashi

Location: Spruce Grove

Enhance quality management at Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. as a Quality Control Manager. Take charge of quality initiatives and lead a dedicated team supporting quality assurance.

This role requires you to report to the Senior Manager of Quality Control, where you’ll plan, organize, and direct quality control activities. You will employ core quality tools and troubleshooting expertise to assure the highest levels of production quality across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee activities of Quality Control Associates

• Report performance metrics and customer feedback

• Investigate quality issues and implement solutions

• Coordinate with various departments on new part manufacturing

• Perform audits to maintain quality system integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in manufacturing quality environments

• IATF knowledge and strong core quality tool expertise

• Capability in CMM software and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
