In this role, you will perform inspections, maintain documentation, and facilitate quality processes critical to product safety and customer satisfaction. You're expected to analyze quality issues, mentor team members, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and testing of materials and products
• Maintain quality recording procedures and standards
• Archive product documentation for compliance accuracy
• Report quality discrepancies and support rework actions
• Participate in audits and communicate quality metrics across teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of quality control experience
• Proficient in measuring devices and calibration tools
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Contribute to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction as part of Mattr’s quality control team.
