Phoenix Industrial is currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help out with a current project turnover in the Fort Saskatchewan, AB immediately for 10 days.

What You Bring
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in quality control; prior Quality Control Inspector experience an asset
Experience working with regulatory authorities, and within industrial construction, maintenance, and/or shutdowns
Sound knowledge of applicable Safety Codes Acts, Regulations, Codes of Construction, standards and specifications
Excellent communication skills to ensure compliance to quality codes, standards and site requirements
Ability to forge, grow, and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities
Ability to record, track and report deviations accurately
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) with the ability to work with multiple programs
Adherence to site specific safety requirements; ensuring compliance with client specifications and applicable codes and standards.
Relevant Terms; QC Inspector, QC Lead, QA/QC Inspector, QC/CA Inspector, Welding Inspector
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in quality control; prior Quality Control Inspector experience an asset
Successful completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol test
Valid CWB Level II Welding Inspector certification
Valid Visual Acuity record
Valid Drivers Abstract
Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
WHMIS 2015
H2S Alive
Fall Protection (Energy Safety Canada Certified)
Elevated Work Platform (Energy Safety Canada Certified)
Confined Space Entry & Monitor (Energy Safety Canada Certified)
