S QA​/QC Coordinator

Position: Bird Construction's QA/QC Coordinator Role

In this role, you will report to the Quality Manager and work closely with the execution team. Your responsibilities include reviewing documentation, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance records. Knowledge of welding procedures and inspection practices is crucial for success in this quality-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client specification requirements in the shop

• Create and maintain inspection records including test packages

• Conduct visual inspections, weld mapping, and evaluations

• Ensure compliance with ITPs and manage NDE documentation

• Assist in assembling turnover documentation

Requirements:

• CWB Level II certification preferred

• Proficient knowledge of CSA and ASME codes

• Experience with NDE processes in mechanical construction

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
