Quality Assurance Director for Shared Services

We are looking for a Director of Quality Assurance with substantial experience to oversee our QA Shared Services. This leadership role focuses on crafting and executing QA strategies, mentoring offshore teams, and integrating automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in quality assurance will directly impact the delivery of high-quality software across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the centralized QA Shared Services organization

• Define QA strategy and establish KPIs and standards

• Mentor offshore QA managers and teams in India

• Implement automation-first and AI-enabled quality initiatives

• Drive enterprise test management and performance testing

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience

• 5+ years in QA Leadership/Director roles

• Strong leadership managing offshore QA teams

• Hands-on knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
