Director, Quality Assurance – Shared Services
We are seeking an experienced  Director, Quality Assurance – Shared Services  to build and lead a centralized QA organization supporting multiple enterprise product lines. This role will drive QA transformation, automation, AI-powered quality engineering, and offshore team leadership while partnering with engineering and executive stakeholders across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a centralized  QA Shared Services  organization.

Define QA strategy, governance, processes, KPIs, and delivery standards.

Lead and mentor offshore QA Managers and teams in India.

Drive  automation-first  and  AI-enabled Quality Engineering  initiatives.

Integrate automated testing into  CI/CD  pipelines.

Lead enterprise  test management ,  performance testing , and  accessibility testing (WCAG 2.2) .

Partner with Product, Engineering, Dev Ops, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

10+ years of  Quality Assurance  experience with 5+ years in  QA Leadership/Director  roles.

Experience building or managing  QA Shared Services ,  QA CoE , or centralized QA organizations.

Strong leadership experience managing offshore QA teams (India preferred).

Hands‑on knowledge of  Playwright, Selenium, Cypress ,  Jira ,  Agile/Scrum ,  Dev Ops , and  CI/CD .

Experience with  AI-driven QA ,  Shift‑Left Testing , and enterprise automation strategies.

Performance testing experience with  JMeter, k6, or Locust .

Accessibility testing experience with  WCAG 2.2 ,  Axe ,  WAVE , or  Lighthouse  is highly preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational change management skills.

Preferred:

Enterprise SaaS, Government Technology, Global Capability Center (GCC), or multi-product software organization experience.
