- Education:
College/CEGEP - Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years Tasks - Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects
- Interpret and document liquid penetrant inspection
- Establish NDI techniques and calibration standards
- Calibrate, test and interpret ultrasonic equipment
- Set up, calibrate, operate and interpret magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
- Instruct and supervise trainees
- Maintain test result reports Supervision
- 3-4 people Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Nondestructive Testing Certificate Work conditions and physical capabilities
- Fast-paced environment
