Position: Concrete Quality Assurance Manager Opportunity
Lead transformative quality improvements as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Concrete industry. Manage teams, optimize costs, and enhance service excellence in Northern Alberta on critical projects.

This Quality Assurance Manager role, reporting to the General Manager, is pivotal in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department. You will focus on optimizing concrete mix designs, managing quality audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive a culture of quality and safety across teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and standardize quality control processes

• Guide a team of QA/QC technicians

• Analyze and improve concrete mix designs

• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Uphold strict safety standards and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or P. Eng./P.Tech designation

• 3-5 years experience in related fields

• ACI & CSA Concrete Testing Certification preferable

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, SAP

• Strong analytical abilities and teamwork skills
