This HSE Manager position requires a seasoned expert to manage RJ Mac Lean's Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives. You will lead an HSE team, develop training requirements, and conduct audits, emphasizing continuous improvement and safety excellence. Your key contributions will protect employees and the environment while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for HSE initiatives across US and Canadian operations

• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions

• Conduct annual audits of the HSE Management System

• Develop effective Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs)

• Represent RJ Mac Lean in client and regulatory interactions

Requirements:

• 10+ years in HSE roles within oil & gas or construction

• Proven leadership experience in HSE

• Familiarity with WCB, COR, and ISNetworld

• Strong client engagement skills

• Practical problem-solver with great communication
