As a key member of the quality team, you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products using SQF and HACCP standards. The role involves both hands-on lab work and assisting production staff in ensuring optimal quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out microbiological and chemical testing on products
• Generate accurate test results and reports
• Conduct verification of raw materials and labels
• Maintain lab equipment and environment
• Collaborate with production on sanitation and quality issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in the food industry
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant fields
• Familiarity with microbiological procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility for weekend and overtime work
