Lead the Quality Assurance efforts at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. Based in Edmonton, this managerial role is central to maintaining compliance and product excellence.
You will support the Quality Management System while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. With 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and 3+ years in a leadership role, your skills will drive quality initiatives. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and Six Sigma methodologies is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent quality in production processes

• Oversee audits and inspections of finished products

• Conduct investigations into quality concerns

• Maintain quality compliance documentation

• Promote collaboration across teams to meet standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum of 7 years in quality assurance

• At least 3 years in leadership roles
