FSQA Technician

Position: FSQA Technician with HelloFresh

Reporting to the FSQA Supervisor, you'll oversee the implementation of safety measures in collaboration with various teams. This position entails quantitative testing, inspections, and environmental sampling to ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations. Utilize your knowledge in HACCP and other key regulatory practices to ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process monitoring and record maintenance

• Execute pre and post-operation sanitation assessments

• Train and support Quality Control Associates effectively

• Verify records and observe safety control processes

• Communicate with Procurement and Sanitation teams

Requirements:

• Education in Food Sciences or related fields

• 2 years' experience in food safety environments

• Familiarity with GFSI schemes and regulations

• Ability to adapt to varied temperatures and workloads

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
