Quality Coordinator

Position: Quality Coordinator for Valard Construction
Elevate your career as a Quality Coordinator with Valard Construction across Canada. This site-based role focuses on implementing quality programs in Ontario and Nova Scotia with a 20-on, 8-off schedule.

As part of our Quality group, you will report to the Quality Manager and oversee all quality-related activities on the project. Your key focus will be ensuring that our products meet internal and external requirements and compliance is well-documented.

Experience with Quality Management Systems, specifically ISO 9001, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign quality resources efficiently to projects

• Review and approve QA/QC records and test reports

• Conduct audits on Quality Programs and projects

• Identify and propose solutions for Non-Conformances

• Track and report quality-related KPIs accurately

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in a related field

• 3 years in a technical or QA/QC role in construction

• 1 year site-based experience preferred

• Advanced understanding of industry standards

• Proficient in MS Office and document control systems
